Publishing Changes

For pages, you can use the publishing button inside of Flex. This is the globe icon located in the vertical toolbar.

For components, after saving, click the "Content Editor" menu at the top. This will bring you straight to the component in Sitecore content editor, where you can publish the component and its subitems from the Sitecore interface.
